We live in a fast-paced society, where we are in motion non-stop, both mentally and physically. We are constantly being stimulated, thinking about that next meeting, email we have to respond to, taking our kids to practice or squeezing in a workout. As a result, we face chronic stress and imbalance, feeling disconnected from bodies.
Our habits shape our identity. We cannot focus solely on the outcome. We must go deeper. Once we begin focusing on changing our beliefs, worldview, self-image and judgements, the process to transform our identity will begin to evolve.

My process is collaborative and I will meet you exactly where you are.
As someone who struggled with their health, I made it a priority to listen to my body.
Now, I walk my talk. We will focus on resoulutions that last, not just a quick fix/ reset.
PHASE 1: Acknowledge
Our bodies are incredibly intelligent. Ours needs are bio-individual, i.e. one man’s food is another man’s poison. Together, we will identify areas in which you continually struggle, bringing a deeper awareness to your mind-body-soul connection.
PHASE 2: Apply
We will work on being intuitive, being aware and most importantly, being kind to ourselves. Through small, yet sustainable improvements, we will nourish ourselves (both on and off the plate) with information that can promote healing and prevent imbalances.
PHASE 3: Implement
We will integrate these tools into your everyday life. Vitality is obtainable for everyone, we just need the proper resources and support to achieve optimal holistic health. Let's tap into your intuition and use it as a guide to help you thrive!
Why work with a coach?
1-on-1 coaching sessions are a powerful way to uncover imbalances in areas such as nutrition, physical activity, career, finances, relationships and sense of purpose. Our goal is to work preventatively to avoid ailments through lifestyle shifts. Throughout coaching, clients will be given personalized recommendations that will empower them to restore balance, release limiting beliefs and make long-lasting behavioral changes.
