This tuscan white bean dip is my go-to for hosting or for an addition to any weeknight dinner! The recipe is simple, easy, healthy and delicious!
Rosemary or Thyme
Red Pepper Flakes
Thoroughly rinse 1 can of cannellini beans
In a food processor, combine cannellini beans, lemon zest, lemon juice, herbs of your choice, water, salt and pepper
Add 3 tablespoons of the oil from the skillet, along with the garlic clove
Blend until smooth
Scrape the dip into a serving bowl and drizzle with the remaining oil from the skillet.
Add herbs for garnishing!
