7 Ingredient Homemade White Bean Dip

This tuscan white bean dip is my go-to for hosting or for an addition to any weeknight dinner! The recipe is simple, easy, healthy and delicious!


Serves: 4


Ingredients:

  • Cannellini Beans

  • Rosemary or Thyme

  • Garlic

  • Dried Oregano

  • Red Pepper Flakes

  • Lemon

  • EVOO



Instructions:

  • Thoroughly rinse 1 can of cannellini beans

  • In a food processor, combine cannellini beans, lemon zest, lemon juice, herbs of your choice, water, salt and pepper

  • Add 3 tablespoons of the oil from the skillet, along with the garlic clove

  • Blend until smooth

  • Scrape the dip into a serving bowl and drizzle with the remaining oil from the skillet.

  • Add herbs for garnishing!
