Remember Your Why


As we step into the new year, we tend to reflect on the past and look forward towards the future. We set goals and intentions.


This year, I challenged myself to reflect on my personal WHY. Here it is:


I prioritize my own self-care so I can: - show up as the brightest version of myself - nourish my body with what it is craving - move my body in a way that makes me feel strong - practice patience and mindfulness so I can let my creativity run free - cultivate relationships that feed my soul - spread love and support by reminding those around me the importance of showing up for themselves What is your WHY? I challenge you to get really clear on this, go deeper than you've ever gone before. Give yourself permission to access who you truly are. Self-care is an act of reminding ourselves of our self-worth and listening to our intuition.
